When you visit our website and/or use the services of Transformer Service B.V., the following personal data may be processed: first and last name, company address details, phone number, email address, IP address, billing information (if you purchase a service), and data about your activity on our website.
Why do we collect this information? To contact you and to perform our services: maintenance, repairs, calculations, advice, or training. We use your name and contact details to maintain communication and inform you about relevant matters related to our services.
Your data will not be sold to third parties. We also do not use it to create extensive visitor profiles or for automated decision-making (decisions made solely by computer programs or systems without human involvement).
During on-site projects, photos or videos may be taken only with the consent of the individuals involved. These will only be used for purposes such as social media marketing after explicit permission.

Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest, such as reasonable business operations:

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically: the data of existing clients will not be retained longer than three years after the last contact. The data of potential clients will not be kept longer than three years after the first contact if no agreement is made. Exception: like all businesses, we are legally required to keep our administration, including invoices containing address details, for seven years.
